Neat and ready.Every morning.

What students wear to school each day, set out clearly so your child arrives ready and nothing about the dress code is a surprise.

What students wear

What to wear on school days and PE days.

This page will set out exactly what your child wears to school, so there is nothing to guess on the first morning. The school is still to supply the details.

Every day

The everyday uniform

The everyday uniform is what most families need first: what a child wears from the moment they arrive at 8:00 until pick-up. Knowing it early means you can buy once, in the right sizes, before the start of the year rather than in a rush during the first week.

The school will confirm

The everyday uniform for each stage (infants and toddlers, PreK, Kindergarten, elementary, middle and high school): the items, the colors, and whether it differs for boys and girls, including any head-covering expectation and the age it begins.

PE days

What to wear for PE

PE is on the timetable for every child from Kindergarten, and classes are held in the school gymnasium. Whether children change for PE, come to school in PE clothes on those days, or simply need suitable shoes makes a real difference to what families buy and pack.

The school will confirm

What students wear for PE, whether they change at school, which days PE falls on for each stage, and any rules on footwear.

Buying and the rules

Where to buy it, what it costs, and the rules.

Once the uniform itself is set out, families need three more things: where to get it, roughly what it costs, and what is not allowed.

Where to buy

Some schools sell uniform through a single supplier, others let families buy plain items in the right color from any store. Which applies here decides whether you can shop around.

The school will confirm

Where families buy the uniform (a named supplier, the school office, or any store), and approximate costs for a full set.

The rules

A dress code covers more than the uniform itself: jewelry, hair, shoes, coats in winter, and what happens when a child arrives out of uniform. Setting these out here saves awkward conversations at the classroom door.

The school will confirm

The dress code rules: what is not allowed, rules on shoes, outerwear and jewelry, any non-uniform days, and what happens if a child arrives out of uniform.

Help with the cost

The school will confirm

Whether the school runs a secondhand uniform exchange or helps families who find the cost difficult.

Ready for the first day

Dressed and set to learn.

If you are unsure an item meets the dress code, check with the office before you buy and save a return.
