Getting there.Getting home.
How getting to school works, from morning drop-off to afternoon pick-up, and the transport options that may be open to your family.
Drop-off and pick-up
Arrive by 8:05, collect at 3:25.
Most families bring their children to school and collect them at the end of the day, so the two times that matter most are the start and the finish.
The school day begins at 8:00. A student who arrives after 8:05 is marked tardy, so aim to arrive a few minutes before eight, when there is time for a proper goodbye. The day ends at 3:25.
Preschool families have more flexibility. Infants, toddlers and PreK children may be picked up early, or at any time in the day. From Kindergarten through Grade 9, children stay for the full day, as Arkansas law requires, so pick-up for them is at the end of the school day.
Children who stay for an after-school club are collected when the club finishes; the Clubs & Student Leadership page has the details.

The school will confirm
The drop-off and pick-up procedure: which entrance to use, where cars wait, what time the doors open, who may collect a child, and what to do if you are running late.
Buses
School buses, if the school runs them.
Nothing on record yet says whether Huda Academy runs a school bus. This section will set out routes, stops and costs if it does, and say so plainly if it does not.
For families who live across Little Rock or beyond it, the daily journey can decide whether a school is workable at all. That is why this page will give the full picture rather than a vague promise.
The school will confirm
Whether the school runs buses or vans. If it does: the routes and stops, pick-up and drop-off times at each stop, the cost, and how families register a child for a seat.
If there is no school bus, families often share the journey with one another. The school office may be able to put families who live near each other in touch.
The school will confirm
Whether the school helps families arrange carpools, and anything it asks of parents who drive other people’s children.
