Tuition is set out plainly here, with monthly payments across the year and the Arkansas voucher route that can lower what you owe.

Tuition

What a year costs, set out plainly.

Huda Academy quotes one tuition amount for each program, and families pay it across ten monthly payments rather than in a single sum.

Kindergarten to Grade 9: $9,500

Tuition for Kindergarten through Grade 9 is $9,500 for the year, paid in ten monthly payments of $950. For most families the Arkansas voucher lowers this a great deal. The next section explains how.

PreK: $8,500

PreK tuition is $8,500 for the year, paid in ten monthly payments of $850. PreK families can also receive two discounts, one for a second child and one for paying the full year at the start. Both are set out below.

What tuition includes

The school quotes tuition as a single amount for each program. The parent handbook also names a registration fee, a building fee, a book fee and a cot fee, so before you budget, check with the office whether these are part of tuition.

The Arkansas voucher

How the voucher brings a year’s tuition down.

Arkansas gives families a state-funded account they can put toward private school tuition, the Education Freedom AccountNeeds fixing, which most families simply call the voucher. Families apply for it through the Arkansas Department of EducationNeeds fixing, not through the school. For a Kindergarten to Grade 9 student at Huda Academy, it pays most of the year. This is how it works.

  1. The voucher pays most of the tuition

For the 2026–27 school yearNeeds fixing, the voucher pays $7,208Needs fixing toward the $9,500 Kindergarten to Grade 9 tuition for each studentNeeds fixing. The state sets the amount and it can change from year to year, so check the figure for the year you are enrolling.

  2. The money comes through ClassWallet

Voucher money reaches the school through ClassWallet, the online system Arkansas uses to hold voucher funds and pay them to schools. Your family’s ClassWallet account needs to be set up and active for the payment to be made.

  3. Your family pays the rest in ten payments

With the voucher in place, your family’s share of a Kindergarten to Grade 9 year is $2,292Needs fixing. Like full tuition, it is split into ten monthly payments, which comes to $229.20Needs fixing a month.

  4. If ClassWallet does not pay

If the voucher money is not sent through ClassWallet, the family is responsible for the full tuition of $9,500. That is why it is worth setting up ClassWallet early, and calling the office on 501-565-3555 if anything about your account is unclear.

Discounts and lunch

Discounts for PreK families, and school lunch.

Two more things shape what a year costs: the discounts available to PreK families, and school lunch, which is paid for separately.

Discounts

Ways PreK families pay less.

A second child in PreK receives $500 off tuition. PreK families who pay the full year at the start, rather than in ten payments, also receive $500 off. Whether a family can receive both discounts togetherNeeds fixing is being confirmed.

There is no sibling discount from Kindergarten to Grade 9. At those grades the Arkansas voucher is where most of the saving comes from.

Families who register by May 31 receive a discounted rate.

What the May 31 discount is worth, and whether it can be combined with the PreK discounts.

Lunch

School lunch at $9 a meal.

School lunch is not part of tuition. It costs $9 a meal, and families who want it sign up for it.

Sign-up is by the month: when you sign your child up, you commit to lunch for the whole month. That makes it easy to plan around, and you can decide again each month.

The lunch page in the Parents section has more about lunch at school.
